Yesterday, my father underwent fistula surgery. That night, he developed a fever. His blood report shows an increased WBC count. Could this be a sign of COVID 19? Please suggest what we should do.

A mild fever and increased WBC count after surgery may suggest infection or inflammation. Continue monitoring and consult the doctor. If symptoms persist or worsen, further tests may be needed.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I have a slit in my uterus, and I can see two flaps of flesh coming out of it. The slit is now healing quickly. However, I have been having a continuous fever for the last three days. I visited a doctor who examined my blood report and said I have a bacterial infection.
