Yesterday, my mom had a bit of blood in her sputum, but it just happened once. She's been dealing with some throat issues lately. Could this be related to her throat problem?

View allI'm having an issue with my uvula. It seems unusually long and stretched out, and feels almost like there's something stuck in my throat when there isn't. Sometimes it makes me gag randomly. Is this something I should be worried about?
Elongation of uvula usually occurs secondary to chronic irritation which can be caused by reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder or recurrent injuries caused by irritants such as smoking and alcohol. Treatment of the primary problem is necessary

I've noticed this light yellow liquid leaking from my left nostril twice today when I bend my head, with about a 10-minute gap between each occurrence. It eventually stopped on its own, but I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me understand what's going on?
it can be bacterial rhinosinusitis.. need to be treated with proper antibiotic and other supportive treatment.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..

I've been sneezing non-stop and my doctor mentioned trying nasal sprays. How often can I safely use them each day? Are there any side effects I should worry about? Also, could you recommend a good nasal spray by name?
Nasal sprays for allergies are usually given once in a day 2 sprays per nostril. Also it depends on the compound in the spray.Usually sprays for allergies do not have any side effects and can be used safely for a long time. But there are also other nasal sprays which shouldnt be used for more then 3-4 days.
