He gave me Zentel 400, Hetrazan 100, and some anti-allergy meds. Why would he prescribe these specific medicines for allergies? Are they supposed to help with these types of allergens?
Because those are the common allergens one will be exposed regularly,in order to stop the allergic reaction he gave you those medicines

The latest procedure is an Endoscopic Nasal Surgery which can be done as a daycare procedure. Advantages include breathing nasally immediately after surgery( no packsbandages to nose), no enlargement of structure of nose externally, no complications like septal synaechaeseptal perforationseptal saddlingseptal abscess! Costs a bit more than conventional septoplasty surgery but for all these advantages... Well worth the premium costing!

I'm having this issue where I start coughing when I talk. It usually kicks in after I've said a couple of sentences and it mainly happens in the evenings. I've also noticed it's kind of seasonal. It feels like my vocal cords are getting irritated, and I end up not being able to continue any discussion. If I stop talking for a while, it gets better, but then it starts all over again when I begin speaking. Any idea what's going on with me?
