You know, I've been taking Rinifol since my doctor said I have IBS Diarrhoea and it worked really well for about a month. Is it safe to use Rinifol for a long time, like for life, or is there anything I should be worried about?

Could you please advise on what vegetarian foods I should include or avoid in my diet to manage my SGPT levels?

I've had the ARMS procedure for GERD and acidity, but I still get constant burping. If I try to hold in a burp, I end up vomiting right away. Is there any permanent solution for this, maybe even surgery or another treatment? It's really affecting my daily life.
Persistent burping after ARMS may be due to altered gastric motility—further testing like manometry or fundoplication revision may help; consult a GI motility specialist.
