I'm having some issues with my stool recently. It's been a bit sticky and somewhat loose, and I've also noticed a burning sensation when I go. I'm having to go to the bathroom 3 to 4 times a day, and this is happening even though I've cut down on spicy foods. I'm wondering if this could be related to an amoebic infection since I've been experiencing some sensation in my urine for which I'm getting treatment. Do you have any advice or thoughts on what might be going on?

I'm dealing with a fissure and it's really uncomfortable. I'm wondering if surgery is the only way to fix it. Could you let me know if there are other options or if an operation is necessary?
first use medication, further it will not heal then go for surgery.
