You know, I've been taking Rinifol since my doctor said I have IBS Diarrhoea and it worked really well for about a month. Is it safe to use Rinifol for a long time, like for life, or is there anything I should be worried about?

View allThe other night I got pretty drunk and ended up throwing up, but it was this weird black, like coffee ground color vomit. I actually felt okay when I woke up the next morning though. Is this something I should be worried about?
The black ground coffee color vomit you experienced could be due to the presence of blood in your vomit. This can be a sign of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. I recommend you to take Pantoprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast for 2 weeks. If the symptom persists, please consult a doctor for further evaluation.

I've noticed that my food smells a bit like vinegar, but it's not past its expiration date. Should I be concerned about eating it? Is it still safe to consume?
It is not recommended to consume medications that have changed in smell, as it may affect their effectiveness. It is best to dispose of them properly and consult with a pharmacist for a replacement.

I've recently found out I've got gallstones that are 23 mm and my CBD is at 5.2 mm. I'm having some pain on the right side of my abdomen, both in the front and back. Could you tell me what might be going on and what I should do next? I'm a bit worried and would really appreciate your advice.
