Respected Doctor, For the past 45 to 50 days, I have been experiencing symptoms that felt very different from before, so I consulted a doctor. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and started on medication. Since then, I have been feeling very sleepy, low on energy, and have increased hunger. These symptoms have continued for the last 7 days. Additionally, I noticed that when I wake up, my face appears swollen or enlarged, but it returns to normal after 3 to 4 hours. On 28 April, I felt mild covid symptoms, so I took basic COVID medicine for 5 days, but my test came back negative. I feel something heavy on my chest from the last 4 days, and from yesterday, sudden, unbearable chest pain started and ended after some time. I attached the medicine that I took.

Even after a negative COVID test, post viral symptoms or mild inflammation in the chest, like costochondritis, can occur. However, sudden chest pain must be evaluated urgently. Please visit a doctor to rule out heart or lung related issues.
