Sperm count: 85 million/ml
Active sperm: 60 percent
Sluggish sperm: 10 percent
Dead sperm: 30 percent
Are these results normal? My wife tests are all normal. We have tried many times without success. Please suggest what we should do next?

Hello, I have had varicocele for many years and sometimes I thought of getting it corrected but I came to know about complications as well. I do not have pain or discomfort but it occurs only if I do intense workout, so I stopped that and started doing light workout. My main issue is reduced fertility as I do not feel as aroused as before varicocele. I do get nightfall once or twice in a week. Reduced fertility and mental disturbances bother me and I sometimes feel underconfident while speaking with someone. Please check my report and advise based on the report?
