After a scan and blood tests, I have been diagnosed with PCOS. My results show AMH 7.5, prolactin 40, and vitamin D 13, while all other parameters are normal. My doctor has prescribed Myo inositol and Cabergoline 0.5?mg once a week for three weeks. I am confused about the Myo inositol dosage: should I take 2 tablets per day? I have a total of 60 Myo inositol tablets. Should I take both medications in the same month, or should I finish the Myo inositol first and then start Cabergoline? Please guide me.

Yes, you can take Myo Inositol and Cabgolin at the same time there is no need to delay one. Myo Inositol is typically taken twice daily, so your 60 tablets will last 30 days. Cabgolin is only for 3 weeks, once a week, to reduce prolactin. Both help manage PCOS and hormone balance.

I am taking Ayurvedic medicine for scanty periods, along with Esomac 40 (for gastric issues) and Naxdom 500. Today, I noticed mild nipple pain, and on pressing, there was a transparent milky type discharge from both breasts. Could this be a side effect of these medicines? I had a prolactin and thyroid test done on 25th June, and both were normal.

I was diagnosed with PID in a sonography test two weeks ago. Now, I have noticed some white discharge coming from my breast. What does this mean? The sonography was done two days after my period ended.
