Question
After a viral fever, I am suffering from severe leg and arm pain and some trembling in my muscles. I have done every test but got no results. I also consulted psychiatrist, but it did not help. Please help me out of this situation?

Post viral fever muscle pain and trembling can occur due to post-viral fatigue and nerve irritation. It may take weeks to months to fully recover. Continue gentle stretching, warm baths, and a balanced diet with adequate hydration. Ensure good sleep to help recovery. If not done yet, you can book Serum Electrolytes, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12 tests as deficiencies can worsen muscle issues. If symptoms persist, a neurology consultation may help in further evaluation and treatment.
