All members of my in laws household, except my husband, are COVID positive and symptomatic. The first infection symptoms in a member and my husband exposure to the virus started on 14th. Today is 19th, and my husband has not developed any symptoms. He is the only asymptomatic person with a negative RT PCR test done on 16th, even though he is in close contact with all members 24x7 in the same house. This has got me worried as I am at a different place. What can be the reason? What should be done? PS: My husband had COVID last September during the first wave, but his antibody test report came negative in December.

Some exposed individuals may remain asymptomatic due to prior immunity or low viral load. He should isolate for 7 to 10 days from last exposure and monitor symptoms. No testing needed if he stays symptom free.

View allI developed a dry cough on 13 May and had a fever of 100.1F on 14 May, which continued on 15 and 16 May. I took paracetamol 650 mg every 6 hours, but the fever kept returning. On 17 May, I had no fever, but on 18 May, I again had a fever of 100.1F in the evening. On 19 May, I had no fever. I have been taking Muceder 600 and using an inhaler twice a day. Are these medicines suitable for a COVID patient? I got an RTPCR test on 16 May, and my report came on 19 May. How should I count my COVID infection days or isolation period? I do not have a sore throat, and I can still smell, taste, and feel hungry

I have done a COVID 19 test, and my report came inconclusive. What should I do next? Should I repeat the test, and for how many days should I stay in isolation in the meantime? Please advise.
