Always indigestion, gas is common. I have tested my liver function test. My blood test report is given below. AST (SGOT) is 53 and ALT (SGPT) is 65.

Slightly raised liver enzymes may indicate mild liver stress, often due to fatty liver, alcohol, or medications. Avoid fried/spicy food and repeat LFT if symptoms persist.

I am experiencing severe discomfort in the upper and middle abdomen, along with bloating and excessive gas. I am currently taking Nexpro L. My epigastric pain has not improved. I have attached my latest blood report and ultrasound. Could you please help me understand which organs might be involved, and whether I can take Rifaximin or Rifagut 200 mg for dyspepsia and gastritis? I would like guidance on the best treatment for dyspepsia, gastritis, and fatty liver.
