Prostate Grade I/II means a mild to moderate enlargement, which is common in men over 40. It can sometimes cause urinary flow issues. Your 24 hour urine protein (414 mg) is slightly high and may indicate early kidney stress, especially if you have diabetes, BP, or urinary problems. Its best to do kidney function tests, PSA, and a repeat ultrasound. A urologist can help you manage the prostate and avoid kidney strain.

A few months ago, I experienced hematospermia, which stopped on its own. I underwent semen culture and analysis, tests for STDs, urine examination, and a TRUS scan, but all results were normal. Recently, I have started noticing hematospermia again. Could you please advise the steps to determine the exact cause and let me know if this is something to be concerned about?
