Based on my report, could you please advise whether I can proceed with planning for a baby, or if I should first consult a physician for further evaluation?

If your general health and hormone levels are in range, planning a baby is okay. It is always good to get a preconception check up.

My wife is 5 weeks pregnant, and during a general blood check up, her report showed a high MCHC value. I would like to know if this could cause any problems for her or the baby. Please guide me on this issue and suggest any necessary treatment or precautions. I have attached the blood report for your reference.

Dear doctor, I went to a government hospital for a pregnancy test for my wife. They said the pregnancy is positive, and something is written on the registration slip. I need your help to understand the test mentioned and whether the results are favorable or not. What is good or bad in the test? Thank you.

Dear Doctor, My wife has been suffering from typhoid for the past month. Allopathic medicines did not work, so she started Ayurvedic treatment one week ago. For the past week, she has been consuming mostly water and fruit juice, but I have not noticed much improvement. She has small pearl like bumps on her neck and arms, some are reducing while new ones are appearing. She also has persistent back pain and is feeling very hungry, as she cannot continue fasting. Additionally, she is now pregnant (last period was 19th May, home pregnancy test positive). Her hemoglobin is low at 8, weight is 45 kg, and height is 5.2. My questions are: What medicines can she safely take alongside Ayurvedic treatment so that the pregnancy is not affected? What should her diet include now to help recover from typhoid while ensuring safety for her pregnancy?
