A 14mm gallstone is unlikely to be resolved without surgery. While homeopathy might help manage symptoms, it's not a proven method for dissolving gallstones, especially of this size. Surgery, like laparoscopic cholecystectomy, is the most common and effective treatment for larger gallstones to prevent complications
