I've been having really bad stomach pain in my lower right side and my reports show minimal free fluid in the pelvis plus a cyst in my right ovary with hyperdense content. How serious is this and do I need surgery for it?

The combination of lower right abdominal pain, minimal free fluid in the pelvis, and a hyperdense ovarian cyst can be concerning and may warrant further investigation. While many ovarian cysts are benign and resolve on their own, the hyperdense content suggests a potential need for a closer look. The severity of your condition and the need for surgery will depend on the size, type, and other characteristics of the cyst, as well as your individual symptoms and overall health.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and just had a cervical cerclage because my cervix measures 2.4cm. My doctor said I had a vaginal infection and recommended using Cansoft vaginal suppositories for three days. I inserted the Cansoft last night and noticed a watery discharge mixed with some remnants of the capsule. This morning, I still felt a little wet with more watery discharge. Is this something normal after using Cansoft, or should I be worried about a possible water leak?

I'm a bit concerned about some lingering pains I've been experiencing after my vacuum-assisted delivery back at the end of November 2016. I still have knee and waist pain, and there's a stitch on the outside of my vagina that's causing a stretching pain. Could you let me know when it might be safe for my husband and I to start being intimate again?
