CT scan, bone scan, MRI and CBC tests along with cancer markers are the few tests that are recommended to detect cancer early.
To improve blood count consume vitamin A rich foods, folic acid and B12. Abstain from drinking too much alcohol
Blood cancer is caused by changes or mutations in the DNA within blood cells.
A PCV of 40% means that there are 40 millilitres of cells in 100 millilitres of blood. Red blood cells account for nearly all the cells in the blood. The PCV increases when the number of red blood cells increases or when the total blood volume is reduced, as in dehydration.
