Can I take Dolo along with Almox 500 for my slight fever and cold? I'm already taking Cetirizine for the cold symptoms. Is that safe?

I've got this sudden sharp pain in my left rib when I breathe in, and it started while I was just sitting at my desk at work. It's been half a day, and it hasn't gone away. I can't take a full deep breath. Do you think this will just go away on its own, or should I be worried?

So, I caught this bad cold and sore throat a few days ago after traveling, probably because of the weather change. I seem to always get hit with a cold when the weather shifts. I started taking Joshanda Hamdards a couple of times a day since it's helped me in the past. But my cough wasn't getting better, so I switched to Ambrolite D and cetzip cetrizine. While the cough improved, the throat pain didn't, so I swapped Cetzip for Montek LC, which I've used before and heard is better. Now Im 3 days into these meds, with 2 days on Cetzip and 1 on Montek LC, Ambrolite D for a day, and Joshanda for about 2 days. My coughs better, but my throat pain's still there and might even be a bit worse; at least there's no fever. I'm wondering if I should take something else for the throat pain or if I should just keep going with what Im taking and for how long?

I've been dealing with throat pain and now I also have a headache and a runny nose. I've been taking Ajax 500 for my throat pain. Is it okay if I take Cheston Cold Total along with Ajax 500?
