0% heart blockage cannot be directly traced by a treadmill test, 2D echo, or ECG. These tests can provide important information about the heart's function and structure, but they may not definitively show the extent of blockages in the coronary arteries. The gold standard for diagnosing blockages in the arteries is a coronary angiogram (angio). It is an invasive procedure where a dye is injected into the arteries to visualize any blockages. If you suspect significant blockages in your coronary arteries, it is best to consult with a cardiologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm a little concerned because my blood pressure reading came out as 11886 mmHg. Is this considered normal or should I be worried about it? What do you suggest I do next?

I'm Bryan Das, and I'm 23 years old. A few years back, I had issues with heart palpitations and anxiety. Should I be concerned about the military training affecting my heart, and before starting, I'm planning to get into the routine of running or jogging about 3-5 km every morning. Is that safe for me, or are there any risks I should know about? My blood sugar and lipid profile are normal. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

I'm really concerned because I had COVID about three months ago, and although Im better now, my chest still feels pretty heavy sometimes. At the beginning, my left hand felt numb, and I had palpitations, so I took Corbis 2.5 for about 10 days. The palpitations seem to be okay now, but the heaviness in my chest is still there, especially if I try to work out or lift heavy things. The intensity has decreased a bit, but it's still noticeable. I've had a bunch of tests like ECG, ECHO, D-dimer, CKMB, TNI, BNP, MYO, a chest X-ray, and PFT, all of which came back normal. Lately, Ive noticed that if I press on my chest, I hear a crackling sound like when you crack your knuckles. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?
