I'm sexually active and I've got a Mirena, but I'm worried because I've noticed these large, sometimes hard bumps on the inside of my thighs. Plus, there's this thick bump, like extra skin, under my clitoral hood, and I just found it while I was wiping. It doesn't have a head, and it hurts if I rub over it too hard.
