My uterus is anteverted and bulky, measuring 10.9 x 6.2 x 4.5 cm on ultrasound. Should I be worried about needing surgery for this? The report mentions echotexture too what does that mean for my situation?

I'm really worried because I haven't had my period for the last 6 months, and I can feel something hard in my belly.
