Hello Sir, my weight is 88 kg and my height is 5 feet 7 inches. I regularly consume alcohol, smoke, and eat non vegetarian food daily. My blood pressure is currently 140/125, and I am under a lot of stress. I also experience frequent, on and off headaches. My recent blood report shows that my triglyceride level is 308.
