Can you have leukemia with a normal CBC?

Two types cancers be detected, they are leukemia & lymphomas.
The normal number of platelets in the blood is 150,000 to 400,000 platelets per microliter (mcL) or 150 to 400 x 109/L.
A CBC tells you how many new blood cells your body is getting created that are number of red blood cells (RBC or erythrocytes), white blood cells (WBC or leukocytes) and platelets.
Lymphocytes will be 20 -40% if you have leukemia
It indicates possible infections and other medical conditions in the body
