Dear Doctor, My 2 month old son has been coughing for the past few days. His blood report today shows: HGB: 9.5, Platelets: 887, CRP (Quantitative): 23.6. Could you please guide us on the next steps? Thank you.

CRP 23.6 is high, suggesting infection. Low hemoglobin also needs follow-up. Consult a pediatrician immediately. Ensure baby is feeding well and not lethargic. Do not delay, infant infections can progress quickly.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a C-REACTIVE PROTEIN (CRP) - QUANTITATIVE Test

View allI have major health issues and my body is not becoming healthy like a normal body as per age. I used to take juice and also ate chicken etc but I see no effect of these protein diets. My weight is not increasing, my skin is becoming dull and I am facing weight loss. I am not getting a solution to this problem. What should I do to come out of this issue? I had also done all the x rays and some 2 to 3 mm stones were found in my report on the left side of my stomach.
