When I went to the doctor, she suggested a hormone injection and Miprogen tablet for two weeks. Will this situation settle or is there any risk of complication? Please suggest.

12 day delayed period with negative test may be due to stress or hormonal imbalance. Repeat test after 3 days if no period.
