Dear Doctor, please have a look at my report. I am worried and would like to know if everything is normal or not. I have a twin pregnancy.

Twin pregnancy is a high risk pregnancy, and your concern is valid. If your report shows everything is progressing well, that is a good sign. Please ensure you get regular follow ups and scans.

Dear Doctor, I am one month pregnant and, I have not been able to visit a doctor in person. I am currently taking care of myself by having natural foods and drinks. My recent report shows a deficiency in Vitamin D3, with a level of 19. I would like to know whether I should take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week or once a month. Also, please advise what other supplements or care I should follow during my pregnancy.
