Dear Sir, I have hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration and no focal lesion. My liver function tests are normal.

Having hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration means your liver is slightly enlarged and has fat buildup commonly seen in people with poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, or alcohol use. The good news is that your liver function tests are normal, which suggests theres no current liver damage. To reverse this condition, focus on eating light, exercising regularly, avoiding alcohol, and managing sugar/cholesterol levels. Its important to repeat liver ultrasound and blood tests once every year.

Hello doctor, I recently got my LFT done and the results are as follows: SGOT: 45 SGPT: 46 Bilirubin (Direct): 0.6 Bilirubin (Indirect): 0.5 Total Bilirubin: 1.1 Alkaline Phosphatase: 299 On my lab report, it is mentioned as A108 306C and C 210 810. Could you please let me know if these results are within the normal range? Should I continue any medicines or take any syrup for this?

I recently had a blood test, and my results show: Aspartate Aminotransferase (SGOT, Photometry): 37.3 U/L Alanine Aminotransferase (SGPT, Photometry): 76.3 U/L The SGPT value is significantly above the upper normal limit. Could this indicate a liver problem? Please advise.
