Does the below test report indicate any potential problems during pregnancy? My haemoglobin and RBC count are lower than normal, while the WBC count is higher than the normal range. Additionally, the urine test shows a trace amount of sugar. I would like to know if these values being outside the normal range could cause any complications during pregnancy.

Yes, anemia and high WBC may affect pregnancy. Trace sugar may need monitoring. Iron and sugar control is needed.
