A follicular study can not determine whether the fallopian tube is blocked. If the fallopian tube is blocked, you will still ovulate. Ovulation is mainly the function of ovary.

asthakind dx syrup contains mainly contains bromhexine and pheniramine. These can be taken safely in pregnancy. However it is always recommended not to take any tablets except for iron and folic acid during pregnancy. But if the cold and cough is severe then you can take it. However it is best to confirm with your obstetrician once before you take it. They might be start you on some antibiotics like azithromycin which are safe in pregnancy. for now you can take steam inhalation for temporary relief
