I've been dealing with this burning sensation in my hands and feet, and it just seems to zap my energy all day long. Plus, there's this persistent throat pain that won't go away. I find myself getting depressed and angry really quickly. Could all these things be related somehow, and what should I do?

Could you tell me how often I should take the Calcirol sachet for Vitamin D? Is it supposed to be once a week? And for how long should I continue before stopping or taking a break? I'm wondering if there's a specific cycle or schedule I should follow.
It depends on how much is your vitamin d3 levels. Mostly we prescribe or i prescribe it to be taken once a week for 12 weeks. You could even use D3 must 60k tablets once a week for 12 weeks if you dont like the granules. Also get adequate sunlight daily. This is also important.
