Got a severe headache and my CT scan showed a 32mm calcified granuloma in the left frontal lobe. How serious is this and do I need surgery for it?

I'm currently taking valprol CR300 twice a day and I'm 59 years old, weighing about 70kgs. I just got my blood tests back and my triglyceride levels are at 260.
