Greetings Sir/Madam, My T3 and T4 levels appear to be normal, but my TSH level is high. What could this indicate? I have attached my thyroid test report.

This indicates subclinical hypothyroidism. It may cause fatigue, weight gain, or irregular periods. A doctor may suggest thyroid medication depending on symptoms and levels.
