Hello, is a 16 cm liver a normal size? I am non alcoholic. Please look at my report and suggest what to do for an enlarged, grade 1 fatty liver. I am already following a low at diet.

A 16 cm liver is slightly enlarged. Grade 1 fatty liver is mild and often reversible. It is good that you are on a low fat diet. Continue with weight management, avoid alcohol and fried food, and stay active. No medicine is needed unless liver enzymes rise. Recheck every 6 months.

Liver bilirubin direct is 0.50, ALT SGPT is 63, hemoglobin is 17.50, PCV is 51.40, RBC is 5.76, lymphocytes in DLC are 41.70, monocytes in ALC are 0.18, glucose fasting plasma is 107, LDL is 106, and HbA1c glycosylated hemoglobin blood is 6.8.
