Hello Doctor, I am 12 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I did my NT scan 4 days ago and also did a serum test. I am attaching my report. Can you please guide whether the report is normal or not? I am a little worried.

NT scan and serum markers should be evaluated by fetal medicine expert. If NT less than 3.5mm and dual markers (? hCG, PAPP A) are within limits, no worry. Please upload full report to confirm.

View allI recently did my routine first trimester antenatal blood tests, and my report shows a high risk result for trisomy 21 (1:7) and trisomy 13/18 (1:11). I am 27 years old. I am very worried after seeing this report. Could you please guide me on what steps I should take next to confirm or reduce this risk?
