Hello Doctor, I am suffering from high TG and hyperbilirubinemia since 2016. The doctor told me that since I am suffering from hyperbilirubinemia for the last 12 years, it is Gilbert Syndrome. For TG, some doctors are suggesting diet control and are afraid to give medication as TG is associated with liver. A few doctors suggested Fenofibrate but I am afraid to take it. Please suggest? I have attached my report with medication details. Please help me.

Gilbert syndrome is usually harmless and does not require treatment. However, if triglycerides remain high, diet and lifestyle changes are key. Discuss safer TG lowering strategies with a liver specialist.
