Hello Doctor, My mother has a history of low blood sodium levels, which has previously caused sudden unconsciousness, and she also has a history of thyroid issues. Today, her blood test shows a TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level of 4.59 mclU/mg. An earlier test report showed TSH as 9.9, but the unit was microIU/mL. Which unit is correct, and how should we interpret these results?

I have been experiencing skin rashes on and off for the past 3 months and used Montair LC or Cetirizine whenever they appeared. When I visited a dermatologist, he prescribed an anti allergic medication for a month and suggested some tests. In those tests, my TSH came out as 7.5 microIU/mL.

Hi Sir, We recently did a thyroid test for my wife, who gave birth 5 months ago. The results are: T3: 2.96, T4: 0.54, TSH: 62. Is this normal after delivery, or should we start treatment? If treatment is started, will her thyroid levels come down to normal?
