Hello Doctors, i am attaching my blood report and listing my symptoms. I have been suffering from fever for the past four days, only at night, along with muscle aches during the night. My daytime temperature and condition are normal. Could you please clarify whether this is a normal fever or typhoid?

Night time fever with body ache could be viral or early typhoid, but also common in many infections. If it lasts more than 4 to 5 days or is accompanied by stomach issues, get tested for typhoid and dengue. Keep hydrated and consult a physician if fever persists.

But now, my report is positive again, and my ultrasound shows Kochs abdomen. My periods have not improved, and I have pain on my left side along with a lymph node in my armpit. Please advise.

Dear Doctor, I had tonsillitis last week, and my WBC was 17x10000/L. After taking the prescribed medication and no longer experiencing a sore throat last Thursday, I repeated my blood test on Tuesday, and my WBC has decreased to 13x10000/L. Although it has come down, it is still above the normal range. Could you please advise if this rate of reduction is normal and whether I should be concerned?
