Creatinine rising requried kidney monitoring needed. See nephrologist (kidney specialist). Stay hydrated, limit salt, avoid painkillers. Do Serum Urea, eGFR, Electrolytes, Urine Routine.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Blood Urea Test Test or Take a eGFR Test (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Test

HbA1c is 6.2 and fasting sugar is 131, which is high. TSH is 2.88 and controlled. ESR is 16 and C reactive protein is 3.82. Historically, she is taking Telvas 40 for high blood pressure and Eltroxine 100 mg for thyroid, which is controlled in the current report. She was previously diagnosed with high ESR around 90 and high C reactive protein, but this time both are controlled. Please suggest what action should be taken?
