Hello Sir, My name is Omkar Prasad Acharjee. Recently, I took a blood test and found my uric acid level to be 8.2. My blood sugar is 88 fasting and 107 postprandial, and my blood pressure is 130/80. My total bilirubin level is 1.29. I am currently worried about whether my uric acid level indicates any severity. I have pain in my legs and joints, some inflammation with mild pain in different parts of the body, and I also have gastric troubles. I am concerned about my condition. Is there anything to worry about regarding my kidneys? I am seeking expert advice. Thank you.

A uric acid level of 8.2 with joint pain suggests gout or uric acid buildup. Gastric symptoms may come from meds or uric acid impact. Do RFT and LFT to check organ function and start a low purine diet.

Take a Uric Acid Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test
