Hello Sir, my weight is 88 kg and my height is 5 feet 7 inches. I regularly consume alcohol, smoke, and eat non vegetarian food daily. My blood pressure is currently 140/125, and I am under a lot of stress. I also experience frequent, on and off headaches. My recent blood report shows that my triglyceride level is 308. Your BP and triglycerides are high. Reduce salt, alcohol, and fried food, and start regular walking. The doctor may suggest medication and a diet plan. These are manageable with early action. Kindly get LFT, lipid profile and other tests mentioned and report to the doctor
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from high TG and hyperbilirubinemia since 2016. The doctor told me that since I am suffering from hyperbilirubinemia for the last 12 years, it is Gilbert Syndrome. For TG, some doctors are suggesting diet control and are afraid to give medication as TG is associated with liver. A few doctors suggested Fenofibrate but I am afraid to take it. Please suggest? I have attached my report with medication details. Please help me.

I have a cycle of 35 days and am not sexually active. Last year I got my USG done and it was normal and my blood report showed prolactin level of 70 so the doctor gave me Cabergoline 0.5 and then everything was okay. This month I am four days late and my vagina is dry with no secretions. I am feeling heaviness in the lower abdomen as if my period is going to come but it is late and not coming. Is dryness in the vagina at this time normal. What shall I do? I am really concerned please help asap.
