Hi, 15 days before everything was good. As compared to 15 days back my penis lost strength. It is getting erected slowly. My worry is why did I get this problem suddenly? I have undergone testosterone test report says 645.40 unit. Please tell me why I got this problem and solution?

Your testosterone is within normal range. Sudden change could be due to stress, fatigue, or anxiety. Lifestyle, rest, and evaluation may help.

I am a 46 year old man experiencing erectile dysfunction for the past 3 months. My blood tests show low free testosterone, high estradiol, and high FSH levels. The endocrinologist initially prescribed Modula for 10 days, but I did not experience any improvement. He then suggested testosterone replacement therapy. I have not started TRT and instead opted for Ayurvedic treatment recommended by a well known sexologist in Delhi. However, after 2 months, there has been little improvement. I no longer have morning erections and have been unable to have sexual intercourse due to poor erections for 3 months. I have a few questions: Should I consider starting testosterone replacement therapy? Is TRT the only effective option for me? What are the potential long term complications of TRT?
