Hi Doctor, I am 9 weeks pregnant. My blood report shows my hemoglobin is 8.5. To increase my hemoglobin, I started eating iron rich foods, but I always feel full. My stomach feels rigid and tight, and I am unable to eat much. I do not feel like eating anything. Kindly help. Thanks.

Pregnancy can cause bloating and fullness. Low Hb may also add to weakness. Eat small frequent meals rich in iron like dates, spinach, or jaggery. Iron supplements may be prescribed if needed. Consult your gynecologist if the fullness continues.
