I am a 66 years old male with history of stroke 4 years back, known hypertensive, no diabetes. Lab report suggests hyponatremia. Blood pressure is not getting controlled. Currently on medication: Amtas AT 25 mg (Atenolol) in morning, Telma 40 in afternoon, and Telma 40 at night. Please suggest how to control blood pressure?
