Hi Doctor. My mother, aged 57, in her regular blood test report got the value of hs CRP as 6.9. There is no history of cardiovascular issues. Is this a cause for concern?

hsCRP is mildly raised. Though not alarming, monitor regularly. Rule out metabolic syndrome or mild inflammation. No immediate danger.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a HS-CRP (HIGH SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN) Test or Take a LIPID PROFILE Test

Six days ago my sister developed a red spot in one eye. After two days, she started having fever in the evening only, with a maximum temperature of 99.6F, along with slight stomach upset. Her COVID test is negative. I have attached her blood report, done today. Her CRP is 0.38 and platelet count is 115. Please suggest whether this could be COVID or some other issue. Apart from the evening fever and slight stomach upset, her eye is perfectly fine and she has no other symptoms.

I tested positive for COVID 19 on 6th May and started the prescribed medications. My blood reports on 11th May showed CRP 12 mg per L and D Dimer 1.730 mg per L. I began steroids (Medrol) in a tapering dose schedule, and my 16th May report showed CRP 1.62 mg per L and D Dimer 0.04 mg per L. I am currently on the second dose of steroids and have no symptoms. I am continuing the steroid course and would like advice on how to safely boost my immunity.
