Hi doctor, my weight is 107 kg and I am 32 years old. For the last few months, my BP has been higher than normal, around 124/92. Should I start regular medication? My thyroid, sugar, and LFT are normal. Which blood tests are needed?

Your BP is slightly elevated (especially diastolic). Start with lifestyle changes weight loss, less salt, exercise. If BP stays above 130/90 consistently, medication may be needed. Get a lipid profile, kidney function, and ECG.

Take a Lipid Profile Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test
