I am sharing my report here. I am feeling hopeless anxious and breathless without any reason. I have no tension or stress in life. I had a problem in my liver two months back due to which my nerves were affected too. Now from the last three weeks these issues have suddenly appeared. The doctor told me that I have thick blood and the rest is my psychological state but only I know what is happening with me. Please share with me the exact reason for this? Only two attachments are allowed. My SGOT and SGPT are below 30 IU per L.

However, during a follow up blood test yesterday, his D dimer, SGPT, and SGOT levels were elevated. The doctor prescribed blood thinning medication based on these results, but after starting the new medication, his condition seems to have worsened, his coughing has increased, and he is experiencing significant fatigue. We are unsure whether this is a side effect of the new medication or a sign of something more serious. I have attached the reports for reference.
