Hi, I am 5 feet tall and weigh 74?kg. I also have thyroid issues. There is a lot of pressure on me to have a baby, and we are planning to conceive within a month. I am very concerned about my weight. What should I do? Is it possible to manage or reduce weight during pregnancy with just morning walks?

At 5 feet and 74 kg, you are overweight, which can affect pregnancy planning. With thyroid issues, weight loss can be slow but is possible. Morning walks are great but may not be enough alone also focus on light, healthy meals. You do not need to lose all weight before trying just start with healthy changes. Make sure your TSH is well controlled before pregnancy. Consult a doctor for expert advice

Hello I am Nikesh. I have recently started weight training programme in local gym after a gap of around 4 to 5 years. I am only able to workout in gym for 3 or 4 days a week due to work related restrictions. I am taking 33 grams of whey protein 5 grams Bcaa 5 grams creatine only on workout days. I have high TSH level and take 100 to 150 mg of thyroxine daily. I also suffer from urticaria. I also would like to know what other supplements I can take to increase results of my workout like fat burners C4 testosterone etc to increase metabolism and if supplements I am already taking are safe for my medical conditions? My goals are proper fitness good body and weight loss of around 5 to 7 kg. My present weight is 85 kg height is 5 feet 9 inches and age is 36 years. Awaiting reply. Regards Nikesh Karsiya.
