Hi I am having low MCV and MCH. Please suggest how they can be improved. I am attaching my report.

Low MCV and MCH usually suggest iron deficiency anemia. It can improve with iron rich foods like spinach, jaggery, dates, and by taking iron supplements after consulting your doctor. Please consider doing the recommended tests to help confirm the cause and guide the next steps in treatment.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a FERRITIN Test

Hi, I was diagnosed with malaria 14 days ago and 2 days before, malaria was not detected in my blood report. I was discharged from the hospital. I am 68 years old. But even after discharge, I am still getting fever of 101 to 102 degrees C. Also, fever is observed only on the head, whereas the body is cold. Please suggest. Your opinion would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
