Hi. From Monday onwards my fever has been fluctuating a lot, sometimes 104 and sometimes 99. I am having body and joint pain in my legs. I have a swollen tonsillar lymph node, but it does not hurt. I went to the hospital and they say it is viral fever. My blood results show low lymphocytes, high polymorphs, and high ESR. Can anyone please explain what my report and condition imply?

Likely viral fever with inflammatory response. High ESR and polymorphs support this. Continue hydration, rest, and monitor fever. If persists beyond 5 to 7 days, retest.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

View allI am experiencing pain in both hands, which sometimes becomes unbearable. The pain extends from my arms to my fingers and even my palms. According to my blood tests, I do not have any infection or fever (dengue, etc.). I do not understand the reason for this pain. My hands feel very weak, and I am unable to lift or hold any weight. The pain lasts throughout the day and night, but occasionally it becomes extremely severe. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I have had a really bad sore throat for a month now. I have gone to urgent care twice and the results for strep tonsillitis and mono all came back negative. I was given a steroid drink at urgent care and antibiotics but it is still getting worse. Both my tonsils are swollen but one side is much worse. I also have white and yellow spots on them and it almost looks like a sore is starting to grow. The only other possible symptoms are pain in the upper left side of my stomach and really bad acid reflux.

Please clarify my report. Is my CBC report normal or not? Can you also clarify my thyroid test report? Is there any problem?
