Hi, My 76 year old father is experiencing severe ankle pain and neck stiffness. His blood report shows a rheumatoid factor of 128 and a uric acid level of 5.9. Please advise.

A high rheumatoid factor suggests possible arthritis. Uric acid is normal. Joint pain and stiffness in elderly need proper treatment. Please consult a rheumatologist for long term management.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test or Take a Anti CCP Test (Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide) Test
