Hi respected doctors, I have a blood report showing lipase level of 70 U/L (normal range up to 60) and amylase level of 82 (normal range up to 100). Could this indicate chronic pancreatitis? Please reply.

I had gallbladder surgery one and a half years ago. Since then, I have been experiencing frequent indigestion, malabsorption, itching, weight loss, foul smelling stools, and occasional diarrhea. A CT abdomen done a year ago suggested possible IBS. Recently, I had an MRCP, which showed a bulky pancreatic head but no focal spots or inflammatory lesions. My amylase levels are consistently above the normal high range (around 50+). I also did a lipid profile which shows triglycerides are 320 (high), total cholesterol, VLDL, and LDL are slightly elevated. In my urine test, protein and sugar traces were found, but my RBS is normal. CA 19 to 9 is 4.20 U/ml. Is there any possibility of pancreatic cancer now or in the future? My diet is balanced, I avoid fried and oily foods and consume minimal fat and protein. I am feeling very anxious about this. Please help.
