Hi madam, my son Virat regularly has cold and other related problems like itchy nose, rubbing eyes, and itching in fold areas such as under the neck, under the penis, behind the knees, and itchy scalp, especially when oil is applied. I have been using homeopathy medicines from Homeo Mall near my home, but there is no result. Recently, I visited Rainbow Hospital and they have given a few medications. If I do not give them even for one day, the itching increases. I have consulted many allopathic doctors, but there is no result. My mother is 57 years old and has been receiving treatment at AIIMS Hospital for the past 17 years. She was fine until a month ago, but since then, she has developed a dry cough. She has taken all the medicines prescribed by the AIIMS doctor, but there has been no improvement. Her blood report is normal. The cough is not continuous, but when it starts, it becomes unstoppable for a while. Because of the cough, she also feels pain in her throat. She is taking a cough syrup called Grilinctus. Please suggest what we should do.
