My wife, for the past 3 days, has been feeling dizzy when going to sleep. I checked her blood pressure with our Omron digital BP machine, and the readings have been consistently within the same range. She is also taking medications for thyroid, diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis. She is 40 years old. What could be causing this dizziness, and what should we do?
